Handling
Shipping & handling charges are additional to product prices, and
are based on the merchandise value to each shipping address (see

$30.01 to $60.00 = $10.95
$60.01 to $90.00 = $12.95
$90.01 to $120.00 = $14.95

Standard shipping includes packaging and guaranteed delivery of
all shipments via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. Standard
Delivery takes a week to 10 days to arrive from the time you placed
your order or from the requested ship date. We cannot ship to APO/
FPO addresses or foreign countries.
Protective Shipping (April-September only)
Shipping our perishable products during warm weather requires
additional charges to help cover the extra cost of special
protective containers and 2nd Day Air shipping. Perishable items are
indicated by an * below the price.
For safe delivery of perishable items between April 15-September 30,
expedited shipping must be used at an additional cost of $9.00 per
item.

Expedited Shipping
If you wish to guarantee arrival of your shipment by a certain date,
we can ship your order via expedited shipping, including 2nd Day and
Next Day delivery.
Charge for 2nd Day delivery is Standard Shipping, plus $8.00 per
item. For guaranteed Next Day delivery, include Standard Shipping,
plus $18.50 per item. (See chart below for details.)

Important Gift Information
Please be sure to indicate in space provided if you'd like to have
items gift wrapped.
Also, it's important to check the accuracy of your recipient
addresses before placing your order. We're sorry, but we cannot be
responsible for lost or spoiled product shipments when inaccurate
shipping addresses are provided to us.
Holiday Order Dates
To help ensure that your gifts arrive in time for major holidays,
please make sure we receive your orders on or before the following
dates:
· Christmas - December 17, 2004
· Valentine's Day - February 7, 2005
· Easter - March 18, 2005
· Mother's Day - May 2, 2005
· Father's Day - June 10, 2005
· Halloween - October 22, 2005
· Thanksgiving - November 18, 2005
We can still deliver Holiday orders after these dates. However,
expedited shipping at additional cost will be required.

Product Substitutions
If an item you order is out of stock, we'll ship a similar product
of equal or greater value to ensure your package is delivered on
time.
